Purchase and delivery
Products purchased will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of payment.
Delivery times:
Within the EU: 3-5 days from the day of dispatch.
Shipping costs: from €9, calculated at the time of purchase, depending on the weight of the package.
Worldwide: 7-12 days from the day of dispatch.
Shipping costs: from €20, calculated at the time of purchase/order, depending on the weight of the parcel.
A working day is any day from Monday to Friday that is not a public holiday in Slovenia.
Shipping
We deliver products using four different delivery services: DPD, GLS, DHL and Post of Slovenia, depending on the recipient’s location. Our delivery services are reliable and allow for traceability of shipments.
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number.

Delivery time varies depending on the items ordered and is indicated in the description. Unless otherwise stated, items will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.
You will be notified of any changes to the delivery time. Delivery charges are fixed regardless of the number of items ordered.
FREE SHIPPING: with vinyl backdrops only – on all orders over €200 or on orders of 5 or more vinyl backdrops
STANDARD SHIPPING: from €9, depending on weight
SHIPPING WITHIN EU: from €9, depending on weight
SHIPPING TO OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: €20, depending on weight
SHIPPING TO USA and CANADA: €20, depending on weight
Shipping of large items or parcels over 20 kg may incur additional charges, of which you will be informed before completing your order.
Payment is possible by card and PayPay or by invoice. We do not accept cash on delivery!
